Participants will hand-build a ceramic travel tumbler. Using a template, you will cut and shape your slab into a functional tumbler form, learning foundational handbuilding techniques such as slab construction, joining, refining edges, and shaping. From there, you’ll personalize your piece through texture, surface exploration, and underglaze painting to create something that feels uniquely yours. This workshop is suited for beginners and experienced makers alike. No prior clay experience is needed, only a willingness to slow down and explore.
